About Desktop Nestcore

We are a Hong Kong practice focused on dealership dashboards and aftersales analytics — the numbers service lanes, parts counters, and principals rely on when the week gets loud.

Why we exist

Franchised and multi-brand rooftops already collect more figures than any manager can absorb before the first booked job. Desktop Nestcore started from that friction: aftersales directors drowning in exports, principals briefing from outdated slides, warranty clerks holding truths the board never sees.

Our work stays deliberately narrow. We design how dealership performance becomes visible — through reviews, commissioned boards, facilitated briefings, and targeted audits — then we hand ownership back to your team.

How we work

Lane first

Recommendations begin with advisors, technicians, and parts staff, not with a blank corporate scorecard.

Shared definitions

Every measure we recommend carries a written definition so Monday meetings stop reinventing the metric.

Finite engagements

Projects end. We do not invent perpetual dependency; we leave artefacts your managers can run.

People

Portrait of a professional woman in a light office setting

Mei Ling Chau

Leads aftersales analytics reviews and principal read-outs. Background in dealership operations support across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon rooftops, with a preference for fewer tiles and clearer ownership.

Jonathan Kwok

Guides dashboard commissions and parts–warranty audits. Focuses on extract quality, claim paths, and the quiet gaps between clerk queues and management boards.

Hong Kong base

We work from Takshing Hse, Central And Western District, Hong Kong, and travel to rooftops across the territory. Client conversations happen in English; workshop observation happens wherever your lane runs.
